At Dryden Watch Co., we stand behind the precision and craftsmanship of our timepieces. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unworn watch in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.
Prepare the Package
Place the watch, along with all original tags, protective plastics, and documentation, securely back into the original Dryden presentation box.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you obtain a receipt for tracking purposes.
Inspection and Refund
Once our watchmakers verify the condition of the return, we will process your refund or exchange to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
